Review: Chasing Sunsets by Karen  kingsbury This book is the second in the Angels Walking Series. It follows a group of young people and the angels sent in teams of two who try to help them toward the desired outcome. In this case all leads up  to a child who must be born in order for the world to be right. In this installment one of the main characters, a professional athlete opens  a youth center in an are plagued by gang activity. Unbeknownst to him he is being targeted for a hit by someone looking to move up in the gang. Meanwhile another character is in trouble with her health and must make difficult decisions. This book had action, angst and drama. It gave me lots of feels. I can't wait to see what happens next. plot is well executed and character development was good. The characters were relatable and we find out much about their inner life. There were redemptive elements which were particularly appealing. 5stars.

Princess Ever After Review. Proving that this book can work.as a stand alone as as well I read it out of sequence to the two other books in the Royeal Wedding series. Those books are: How to catch a prince and Once Upon a Prince. This particular offering featured an American woman from the state of Florida. She has left a career as an accountant and struck out on her own with a family friend to restore vintage cars. The fact that an old friend from her childhood can see them as a power couple does not have the power to make her feel the same way. Enter a royal emissary from the Dutchybof Hessenburg. A Life will never be the same. There are new discoveries of family history and treasures. There are Higgins with the press. Things in Hessenburg are a riot... well they actually have a riot. There is a Hessen love interest who is a government official and he has to suddenlynassume the role of full time dad to his daughters. I very much enjoyed this books. You may have some issues if instance love bothers you because the romance develops rapidly . I love everything that I have read by this author. In this volume I enjoyed the sequences where you are taken back in time to the perspective of the woman's grandmother . I also thought that the political intrigue was well done. I would  give this fout out of five.stars.

Review To Win Her Heart by Karen Witemeyer.
This is an inspirational historical romance. It follows a man who has recently been released from prison and is looking for a fresh start at his old occupation. He will be the town's New blacksmith. The daughter of the town's founder must approve his appointment t. She becomes the main love interest in the novel. This woman runs a liberating of the front room of her house and this blacksmith likes to read. During the course of the story as the main characters get to know each other and their feelings blossom they vet into situations which grow and test their character. Their is conflict provided by another shuttle for Eden the librarian and some other townspeople. The misunderstanding that is typically seen as a thematic element in the plot of many works in the romance genre is also seen here. All is resolved unicellular the end. Two different worlds meet amicably . The characters inner lives are rich. The feeling of the time period is well done. The storyline is also creative and flows well. The book is very heartwarming and produces all kinds of feels.  The author reallyndelivers on all fronts. Five stars.

Review:Murder Freshly Baked Amber has settled into married life with Tate. She is putting the events of the past year behind her. Hannah is about to get married herself and is trying to decide if she will continue working once she is married. Preston has fond a home and purpose working for the village. He sis in love with Zoe but is reluctant to take the next step in their relationship because of his flashbacks. The wartime deployment may be over in fact but not in his mind. How can he take a chance thAt he might hurt her while traveling back in time? Someone is watching and setting up poison pies while sending mysterious emails. WhY is their motive? Will they geNerally kill? WhAt is is the focus on Amber? All these situations are wrapped up by the end. I want to give the author kudos for featuring veterans suffering from PTSD and the help available to handle it. Kudos as well for mentioning Race for a Cure. This mystery novel is the third in a series. It was nicely paced and well written. It was not obvious who the evil doer was like it is in some works of this genre which I appreciated. The sense of community was palpable. The characters likable. An all around good offering.Featuring well developed characters and plot line while blending in elements of faith and friendship. 4 stars

 Review: Dubiosity by Christy
Barritt.                                                                                                                                         Savannah Harris leaves her life as an investigative reporter after her family paid with their lives for her search for the answers. She moved to a secluded waterfront property Band takes a job editing textbooks. As much as she tries to tamp down her need to investigate her friends suspicions and the disappearance of two migrant workers start her in pursuit. Clive Miller is Savannah' s boarder. He hides this true identity and wthe investigation he is working on. What will they find? What is behind all the strange goings on ? Will they be able to deal with their losses and move into the future? The author kept me guessing until the end. She made so many people look guilty I wasn't't sure how many people were involved or who the main culprit was. The romance aspect here was present but not overwhelming and the inner issues of the characters were dealt with competently. All in all a satisfying novel of intrigue.Nice plot twists and suspenseful moments. Well balanced.
